Notes:

  • Various agility and foot strengthening drills to support gait and running

Feelings after: still tired, but happy I got something in. (Thinking my body is adjusting to weather changes and perhaps might have caught a mild cold.)

Lesson of the day: “Just show up… Let your body do the rest.”
